Our ultra smooth Icing Sugar is milled to an extra fine 11 microns 
offering an ultra smooth mouth feel product with bright surface gloss
 
Unlike the average icing sugar which is milled to a larger particle size  therefore does not have the same smooth mouth feel or gloss finish.
 
Available in 3k bag or 4 x 2.5k carton
